I am so delighted to share a sneak peek of a Pompano Beach Ocean Condo remodel project.
It is no secret that owning an Oceanfront condo in South Florida is a definite goldmine. How can anyplace beat the million dollar views that our South Florida Oceanfront real estate has to offer. It is truly a delight to help homeowners transform their ocean condos into a home they can enjoy for years to come. Our team has been fortunate to work in several of the Oceanfront and Intracoastal condos in South Florida. I am always delighted to visit a new building that we have never worked in before. There are some amazing oceanfront condos in Broward County, especially in the following areas, Lauderdale By The Sea, Hillsboro Mile, Pompano Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Deerfield Beach. Of course Palm Beach County and Dade County have beautiful Oceanfront condos too.
This brings me to a recent Pompano Beach condo remodel project, our team is just finishing up. This particular unit has a direct oceanfront view that is truly magnificent. Our team really enjoyed working with the homeowner who happens to be a Seasonal Resident or more commonly known as a snowbird from the Northeast. We completely transformed this 1972 Beachside Pompano Beach Condo with taking everything into consideration for the look and feel.
I am happy to share one picture with you to let you see a glimpse into the unit. I am sure that you will enjoy learning more about it in future blog posts.
One thing that I must highlight, is that Seasonal resident or Snowbird condo homeowners have specific needs when embarking on a condo remodel project. Since this is a part time residence, the budget is a very critical factor, since this is not a primary residence. The next critical factor is that since this is a second home, finding that right look and feel as it relates to your personal taste and style is also important. Most homeowners go with a completely different look for their Southflorida Oceanfront or Beachfront condo. This way, it allows them to have a separate style that is truly unique from what they are accustomed to up north. Sometimes we go with the approach that we are making their South Florida Beach Condo a tropical paradise getaway resort look and feel. This can be done with a modern, transitional, or traditional approach.
One thing to understand from the very beginning is to know what you like and what you do not like in the condo before you start the process. There are lots of areas that you can tackle in a condo remodel project. Typically a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, or a paint remodel are the most important things that homeowners are looking to do in their new or existing home.
